Baji Apps Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Baji Apps ("baji apps", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by baji apps — including the website at baji-apps.vip and the Android mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of baji apps regardless of how they access the platform. Using the platform on behalf of another person does not exempt you from these Terms. If you are using baji apps on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have agreed to them.

Baji apps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use baji apps, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a baji apps employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from baji apps.

Baji apps reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, minus any winnings generated.

Each individual is permitted to hold one baji apps account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid mobile number that belongs to you. You must not use another person's mobile number or personal details to register. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact baji apps support immediately.

Baji apps reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable regulations. You will be notified before any dormancy action is taken.

All deposits on baji apps are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted deposit channels — baji apps does not accept cash, bank transfers, or any other payment method not listed here.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though baji apps reserves the right to apply limits to specific accounts where necessary for security or compliance reasons.

• Deposits are credited to your baji apps wallet automatically once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Most deposits complete within two to five minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment account registered to someone else, is not permitted.
• Baji apps does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Baji apps reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account and the associated baji apps account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals from baji apps are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different mobile banking account than the one you deposited from. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players on the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed automatically and typically complete within five minutes. Larger withdrawals above the standard threshold may be subject to a manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal above the standard threshold.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Baji apps does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside our control.

Baji apps reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information before a final decision is made.

Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Baji apps cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity on the platform that is suspected to involve criminal conduct will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.

Baji apps is committed to promoting responsible gaming.
